Information is coming out about the coronavirus (COVID-19) every day, and the situation is changing rapidly. We understand this is a challenging time for you to host events—beyond the disruptions to your everyday life, we’ve heard from many of you about how COVID-19 is impacting every event.
This is an explanation of our extenuating circumstances policy, which allows clients to cancel or postpone eligible reservations in certain circumstances without charges. Anyone effected can postpone their event at no extra charge with No Cancellation fee.

What happens after a reservation like this is canceled?
The clients has up to 1 year to use the Deposit credited to their account.
Client won’t incur any cancellation fees
Client can use the deposit for any future event. with in 1 year.
Deposit is transferable to another party for up to one year.
